Explore specimens from the Academy’s world-class Entomology Collection, including recently discovered beetles, bees and butterflies. “Ask the Experts” at scientist meet-and-greets for all ages. Talk with Academy researchers and fellow bug enthusiasts to find out how their passion for all things invertebrate impacts and shapes our communities. And check out the new marketplace that will highlight local artists and artisans.

For guests who may need a quiet moment during Bug Fest, Darwin Room on the Lobby Level is equipped with sensory-friendly considerations including lower lighting for a calming pause. Please ask staff to direct you to the space.
